Hi
In an interview FS said they are still shipping updates for Jaws 12
(complimentary). It might be worth it to bring this issue to their
attention.
I know one of their beta tester folks, if that helps. I can ask him
about the possibility of getting this fixed.
If the issue lies with IE, hoever, it might be more difficult to get
it addressed entirely.
