Accessibility of Google Translate

Hi All,

We are trying to incorporate Google's translate functionality for a
client's website.
An auto-refreshing drop-down box gets added to the website and
'Submit' button for the same is missing.

Has anyone on the group had experience of incorporate the Google
translate on a website?
If yes, what is their take on its accessibility?

It would be great if they can share their experiences about how far it
can be made accessible.
