The US DHHS released a Section 508 Awareness video in December 2010, which can be seen at http://www.hhs.gov/web/508/index.html, as well as http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LZy_WviXw2w. the video includes persons who are blind and persons with dexterity impairments - one of the individuals featured is blind and hard-of-hearing, I believe, though not DeafBlind.
The University of Washington DO-IT Center (Disabilities, Opportunities, Internetworking, and Technology) http://www.washington.edu/doit/, has many great videos online - you may want to check for any featuring DeafBlind persons, if you haven't already.
