We at WebAIM are working on a site-wide auditing solution that
utilizes a new WAVE framework. The initial component will be an API
that will allow you to collect report data on any number of pages. We
hope to have this API available in the near future (perhaps a couple
months). This would be an easy, low-cost solution, if you're willing
to wait just a bit.
