Well I think http://1stpc.org works "reasonably well" cross browsers.
It works really well in current browsers and has some "safe" CSS for NN4
although it isn't identical.
The site is XHTML 1.0 Strict, fully CSS, tableless, as well as 508 and
AAA compliant.
