How does AT announce "Title" style in MS Word

I have relatively little experience with MS Word and making MS Word documents accessible - other than using good heading structures. Could someone please tell me how the use of the "Title" style is announced in a document to a person using a screen reader? How does this differ from the use of Heading 1?
