David, Len, Birkir, et al,

Thank you for the feedback - getting this type of feedback on accessibility
and usability is crucial for knowing about and fixing issues. As an
accessibility conference, we do take accessibility seriously. That's the
main reason we chose Cvent as our registration system because it was the
most accessible of the products we looked at, much more so than services
such as regonline who didn't know what 508 meant when I spoke to them.

I've taken a look at the problem page and when I test it with JAWS and I.E.
(ver. 9.), the problems that David outlines in his email do occur. Looking
at the code, which is somewhat complex and cumbersome because it is
generated by Cvent, I don't see the problem and when running that portion
of the code through achecker I don't get an error. I do get a potential
problem of "visual lists may not be properly marked." However, it does
appear that the proper tags: <label>, <ul>, <li> are included and seem to
be properly positioned, nested and opened and closed.

When I access the page with either JAWS and Firefox or Window-Eyes and I.E.
I do NOT run into this problem. I've posted the code at
http://accessinghigherground.org/paymentscreen.html, for anyone who wants
to look it over and determine the problem. I know that there sometimes can
be a syntax error in code that some browsers are able to accommodate but
others cannot. Perhaps this is the issue.

Regarding the pricing. The pricing - yes, there are many options - can be
found, as indicated on my original email, at
http://accessinghigherground.org/virtualAHG2012.html#agenda on the
conference site. I will try to make the pricing options more prominent on
my future email blurbs. I look forward to your continued constructive
feedback and to your attendance at the virtual conference.

Regards,
Howard Kramer
