If you are using IE 9 we have noticed a bug in reporting changing states and particularly dynamically changing content in forms. Our experimentation shows that this is a problem with Ie 9 and not the coding of the forms or the AT. I have not tested the higher ground registration but we are having serious problems with several applications due to this bug in IE.
