PDF file example, short file, columns, tagged vs untagged?

Hi guys

I am giving a PDF accessibility presentation. I was wondering if
anyone had prepared a nice, visually appealing, short PDF file with
text in columns, and then prepared a file showing how the screen
reader would read that same file sequentially tagged and untagged
(mostly untagged), thereby showing the problem in a visually clear and
appealing manner.
If no one has, no worries, I am sure I can cook up something, but if
it were available and had been used before, please let me know if I
can reuse it for my presentation.
AFter all, it's all about good PDF accessibility. :)
