YouTube and CaptionTube for captioning

Have you heard about CaptionTube? http://captiontube.appspot.com

I found out about it from this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NOsEG6K53Is

I've worked with it some and it makes it very easy to caption and import it to your YouTube videos.

I'm also seeing YouTube videos do seem more accessible than before.

Have you heard any negatives about this?
