I am after any help/advice about use of audio in applications. For example,
are there any standard conventions for sounds to use for events such as:

* correct
* incorrect
* forward, back, up, down

and so on.

Or is it more a case of - nice sounds for nice things, as long as you
explain them first?

[For anyone who finds themself copied in to this note (you will be BCCd) it
means I've either met you or heard about you and think you may have
something to contribute - please reply to me directly if you have been sent
the note in this way]
