I haven't tested them however.

Subject: [WebAIM] WYSIWYG editors and HTML5
Afternoon,
Is anyone aware of a CMS WYSIWYG editor (or drop in editor) that supports
HTML5 to any extent?
As a web development company we can build HTML5 websites for our clients,
but unless the site sits in a CMS that supports the production of HTML5
content, we can only take it so far. The figcaption element being one
example where it's likely to be inserted by a content editor rather than as
part of the template layer.
Léonie.
