Bypass blocks an insite.

Dear All,

I have found Bypass blocks (WCAG 2.0 SC 2.4.1) of content is a simple
guideline but needs a careful approach. Even the Web AIM survey showed
that screen reader users tend to navigate using skip links, land marks
and headings. I have written a post on same topic to bring my
understanding on the topic. I would like to have your thoughts on the same.
