Automated way for websites to track if a user is using assistive tech?

Hi everyone,
Is there a way for websites to track if a user is accessing their site
using assistive technology like we can track which browser someone is using?

We're working to improve our accessibility/usability for our userbase and
would like to focus on the most heavily used areas first.
