The problem is not on the page but in the OS if the user Lang is set the
elements will be spoken in the default it's only the content that is spoken
in the different Lang I am not sure sf will do anything about this. Is the
hole page Lang set or just the content if the page itself is not set then
this is the behavior that should be happening
