Greetings Everyone,
I have just joined this list and wanted to introduce myself. My name is
Greg Wocher and I am 37 years old. I am totally blind. I lost my
eyesight nearly 11 years ago due to complications from my diabetes. I
am also a single father of a ten year old son. Currently I am a Computer
Information Systems major with a specialization in web development and
administration. I attend DeVry University online. Right now I am
currently taking a programming class in JAVA and it looks like we will
be doing JAVA applets. Two quick questions, are applets accessible and
if so where might I find some good documentation on them? I am
currently running Windows 8 on a laptop with the latest versions of JAWS
Professional and NVDA.
