Microsoft Research used to post invited talks with a three window
synchronized presentation: the video, the slides, a transcript. The current
line in the transcript was highlighted to match the audio/video.

Unfortunately, either what I remember was an isolated event, or they have
changed their interface, as they now have uncaptioned video and a list of
component files to download.

Personally, I loved the ability to skim through a long transcript to find
the section I was interested in and play from there by just hitting enter
with the cursor on the line of text.
