An older site I am associated with uses suckerfish drop down menu with
a skip-nav link just before the navigation to the dynamic sitemap.

Since the site has a multiple ways to navigate: checkpoint 2.4.5.
Would this be acceptable alternative to the fact that suckerfish has
no visual for the keyboard only user.
