Hi,
I haven't tried Firefox yet. I will try to do so at some point tomorrow.

I'm beginning to think this might be a JAWS issue, not sure exactly how to
be 100% sure though.

Thanks,
Maybe we can follow-up off list or something and I recognize that there are
multiple factors here. With JAWS at least I found the agent messages read
as I expected but I never heard any of my chat messages echoed back to me.
I would have expected to.
I tried JAWS 14 and 15 with IE 10 and 11.
I also tried Narratoron Win 8.1 and heard the entire chat read after each
new message.

Try this link, then click on "live Sales Chat," it works well with JAWS as I
helped in its testing.

Subject: [WebAIM] Good Examples of ARIA Live for Web Chat Accessibility
Hi,
Does anyone know of a live site that is a good illustration of using ARIA
Live to create a more accessible web chat experience? I know there are
various samples and such and I've created some of my own. I'm just looking
for a live site where this is used.
Thanks,
Kelly
