Ach, yes, of course. Sorry, I'd been using presentation for something else
and had it on the brain, thank you.

@Cameron: You would think, but the most change I've seen from inline
elements is a pause.

Admittedly it would be difficult to get consistent meaning from a
voice/tone change, you can already get changes for form-elements and
capitalisation, and even when seeing the page it took a little while to
work out what they meant.
