Thanks, John. For some reason, I completely forgot about this organization.

The DCMP (Described and Captioned Media Program) are probably the "go to"

Hi all,

I'm looking for information, article, blog or something that will help
develop video description in text or other non-audio format. The audience
are DeafBlind people using screen reader. Bear in mind that this audience
have little or no hearing and cannot see the monitor. Can someone lead me to
these resources if available?
