Hello all.
My colleagues and I are developing a 'Writing Content' boot camp which includes a presentation on plain language, writing for the web and creating accessible content. The latter is my presentation.
My goal is to have people leave with an awareness and understanding of what 'web accessibility' is and how it benefits all. I am well versed with accessibility practices and I will have a laptop available to me with Jaws and NVDA as well as other accessibility software. What I am lacking right now are tools and exercises to simulate various disabilities, for example, goggles that simulate low vision. I feel it is important for me to include these activities as part of the presentation.
Would anyone have information as to where I might purchase some of these tools and where I might find some simulation exercises. I have already gathered some information via Google, but hoping others may also have additional information.
Thank you in advance.
Todd Liko.
