Mobile Accessibility on Windows 8 Phone?

Has anyone tried browsing with Mobile Accessibility enabled on a Win8 phone?

I'm trying to test my company's webapp. I get to the login page where i'm
told there are so many headings and so many links. When i try to swipe
through the page, it only reads out the logo image (and it's alt text) and
then says end of page.

Does anyone have experience with this tool?
