We have worked incredibly hard to make an accessible video player - built
by Brothercake (James Edwards) and us (AccessibilityOz). You can see it:
www.oz-player.com and works on all major browsers, mobile etc (
http://www.oz-player.com/support.html). It has an interactive transcript,
captions and audio descriptions as well as skip links.

I'd be happy to chat with anyone about it.
