This is difficult to answer because I have no idea of your expertise in
creating accessible tables or worksheets in Excel. If you use the
functionality within Excel to "define" regions and the like it should work
pretty well.

Before I spend a lot of time testing something that may not need it - are
there known problems with creating PDFs from Excel in Office 2010, as there
are with Word 2010?
