Thanks Jennison for sharing.

Our player uses standard Video markup, so in IE8 whatever fallback content is provided within the video element is what's displayed. In our example, this content is an image linked to the MP4 file, but could be a Flash player or anything else. The player does not work with YouTube URLs; it requires URIs to video encoded in MP4 and WebM formats which is the current accepted practice.
