Hyperlinks and accessibility

Dear all,

I have written a series of articles on hyperlinks and accessibility,
How to code, accessible and meaningful link text and related it with
WCAG 2.0, SC 2.4.4. I would like to hear your comments on the same. I
am happy to make any modifications that improves the length and
breadth of the article.
