ASP.Net MVC controls - are they accessible?

Hello,
This website http://mvc.syncfusion.com/demos/web/Introduction/Index has a lot of nifty web controls but we are wondering about the accessibility of them. For example, the Navigation Drawer<http://mvc.syncfusion.com/demos/web/navigationdrawer/default>; (similar in appearance to a "hamburger" menu on a mobile page) exposes a drop down menu when clicked on with a mouse. But I can't keyboard into it to activate the menu.

Have any of you that are developers, every used these?
