Thanks for the link, Deborah. I've found the EPUB 3 Best Practices book

but it doesn't look as useful as yours.
We are at the info-gathering stage. We've found plenty of general info, but
I thought it would be worth getting intel from people that have been
through the process of publishing an e-book and can recommend tools and
processes that worked for them.
