What's the scoop?
I just saw an ad for this and it looks like this is the new version of AA Pro. The DC stands for Document Cloud. It is available in subscription or desktop pricing and there is an educational version and an enterprise version (not sure of the pricing).
I have confirmed that this new product will produce PDF that conform to the PDF/UA standard that is part of the Section 508 Refresh proposed standards, which is good news.
