ADA applies only to physical spaces?

The US legal picture regarding web accessibility is certainly complex.
Two recent rulings in the Ninth Circuit (Earll v. eBay and Cullen versus
Netflix) declare that Internet-only businesses don't fall under the ADA
idea of places of public accommodation. These rulings contradict other
previous rulings in other districts. The issue may end up in the Supreme
Court and/or it might finally be clarified with a future update to the ADA
itself. But we've been waiting a long time for the latter.
