I think that Knowbility does some accessibility / usability testing services.
At least I have provided feedback for one or two.
You might want to check to see if that would meet your needs.
If you go a few weeks back, there is a thread about accessibility expert groups that are popping up all over the country. Depending on where you live, this might help you get in touch with a local a11y person who could help direct you to a good local resource.
