Good morning WebAIM,
I am looking for good information, experiences, and anecdotes from people who have successfully or unsuccessfully implemented accessibility champion programs in medium to large organizations. We have content generated in a variety of formats by folks in different program area that must be published to our web site with minimal lead times. We want to move the heavy lifting for accessibility to the areas that are producing the documents and reports. I am hoping that identifying, training and supporting accessibility champions in each of those areas may stream line the process. I would love to learn from the experiences of others.
Thanks,
Mike Moore
