Accessible Flipbook Application?

Pretty sure this has been addressed here before, but has anyone run across the Issuu document sharing service? We have a college that's using this to publish a semi-annual glossy, and I don't see any way to make this product accessible.

Has anyone encountered an accessible flipbook application—keyboard controlled, screen reader friendly, magnification-friendly, etc?
