Equally, how accessible is the Vimeo site and the player accessible to speech recognition software (e.g., Dragon NaturallySpeaking) users?

Subject: [WebAIM] Is Vimeo screenreader accessible
Hello All:
I know that Vimeo introduced captioning with it's player last year. How accessible, however, is it for a person using a screenreader? Is it as accessible as the HTML5 player in YouTube?
Thanks in advance.
