Tool to Automatically Scan html Files Providing List of file Names with Images with No alt attribute

Hello,

Do you know of an accessible Tool to automatically scan all html files in a folder to provide a list of file names with images with no alt attribute?

That tool is what I need for now, although it would be nice if the tool had a option to list all file names with images and note the alt attribute for each, adding a note "*" or something to note when there is no alt attribute.

FYI; I understand just listing the alt attribute would require manual exploration of the page to check to see if it is relevant, but this data will help me.
