SF Accessibility Events

Hi list,

I'm heading to SF (for the first time ever) in early November and was
wondering if there are any accessibility-related events on around that
time? I'd also love to catch up with anyone from
FB/Twitter/Google/Apple/etc that work on accessibility — if anyone's keen
to "talk shop" I can supply the Tim Tams and Vegemite.
