looking for science image repository with alt tags

Hello,

The science instructors at our college have images within their courses that need alt tags. For example, one instructor has over 200 images of real bones that he wants students to identify. I am looking for a repository of images such as these that already have alt tags that we may integrate into our courses.

I appreciate any resources that you have to share.
