Oh, yes, I forgot to add this.

In my experience with LIFT, I found that LIFT was good for me to force me to
learn about WCAG and how to apply it. In the end, once I understood what I
had to do to create accessible pages (I can't guarantee that they are
perfect but much better than before), I found it easier to work from the
code so I dropped LIFT altogether.
