Interact intranet accessibility

Does anybody have experience using or testing Interact?
Interact is a cloud-based or install-your-own intranet service. It bills itself as a substitute for Sharepoint, for a little more context. They don't have a VPAT, but they did give me a spreadsheet with very high-level compliance scores for WCAG2. It kinda sorta works out to the same thing: I can't really tell from it if the areas where they aren't in full compliance prevent people from completing tasks, if it's just a few things or a lot, etc.
