Ionic does not appear to be accessible based on testing their demos, http://ionicframework.com/examples/ <http://ionicframework.com/examples/>;.

I suggest that the jQuery Mobile framework is a better start at mobile accessibility, http://demos.jquerymobile.com/1.4.5/ <http://demos.jquerymobile.com/1.4.5/>;. Or even Bootstrap.
