We use the WAVE toolbar.

I know it only works with Google Chrome for now, but I have not had an issue using it with JAWS.

Since all of our devs use Macs, They install Chrome and add the toolbar to it. That is only for internal pages.

External pages, we use the WebAIM site, which is a wonderful way to automate.
