Hi Angela,
It's for and id, not for and title. If the person is trying to say that the text inside the label tag needs to match the title attribute text on the input tag, if you have both, I also have a problem with that. First, the title attribute is not supported the same among browsers and assistive technology. Second, if you use the title attribute and make it say the same thing as the text in the label tag, you will cause it to be spoken twice in some cases, such as with links and buttons, and for input fields, such as single line text fields, areas, password fields, and lists, screen readers ignore title if they see label and title together.
