Navigating different panes/panels/windows in Acrobat Reader using only a keyboard

Does anyone know how to move from the Bookmarks pane to the visual PDF
window in Acrobat Reader (or professional or standard) without a mouse with
or without JAWS running? I imagine there are specific keystrokes -- maybe
even JAWS has some, but I cannot find it in my searching.
