Math ML works differently depending on if you have web navigation as
"group" or "dom". In fact non-simple math ML fails to read all the details
when in "group"mode. In DOM mode, the Math equation acts more like in
group mode, in that you can use the interact and stop interacting
keystrokes to view different levels of detail of the equation.

Interact with item in VoiceOver is control-option-shift-down . In VoiceOver
before MacOs 10.11 using arrow keys on web pages rarely got any results at
all unless QuickNav is on.
