Rollover menus

What do you mean by rollover menus?

When you run the mouse over the word in the menu, it changes colour,
font, or style?

When you mouseover the menu, something else happens on the page?

Both are entirely possible with styled ordinary links. A perfectly
standards-compliant and accessible method.
