Hi,

Providing Transcript is not sufficient to explain the video, it is helpful
for a non sighted users to enjoy the video while listening through audio
description. I have read one nice article "Techniques for Creating
Accessible Multimedia" published by some Accessibility Expert Sunil
Dangwal. In this article he explained everything very nicely he gave very
nice example of audio description (after clicking the audio description
link redirect you to video) Here is the link:
