Do you mean that when you have added the Document Properties/Document Title in Word, that they are not being respected by the Save As PDF tool? File/Backstage area, Info, Document Properties or Alt + F, letter I, Q, S to open the Advanced dialog where you can add the Document Title and other metadata for the document.

Sometimes the conversion tools, whether using Acrobat or the Microsoft Save As tool, do get this issue flagged, but usually all it takes is opening the Document Properties in Acrobat, Ctrl + D, and manually checking then passing the item in the Accessibility Full Check Report.

I do this when the Title issue is flagged in case I forgot to add the Document Title through the Word Document Properties dialog...I'm finding that if I forget, Word just puts in arbitrary text saying that this is a Word document.

So, the Title issue shouldn't be flagged if you've added the document title in the Word Document Properties dialog, but occasionally it does. As I say, Ctrl + D gives it a manual check and then you should be able to pass it.
