Hi Kiran,
I think it might help others if you noted which Learning Management
System you're using. There are a great many out there! There quite a
few guidelines, some are mostly related to general accessibility
guidelines (see e.g.
http://www.ed.ac.uk/information-services/help-consultancy/accessibility/creating-materials/accessiblevlecontent),
while others are tool specific (see e.g.
https://docs.moodle.org/dev/Accessibility)
