Just to note a difference to other national or company-specific tools, the WCAG-EM report tool does not beak down complex Success Criteria like 1.3.1 Info and relationships into individual checkpoints (like check headings, check lists, check inline mark-up, check table mark-up, etc) which can be helpful. It also does not give you an operatiomnal protocol - you would have to resort to tests included in the WCAG Techniques and Failures for that ( https://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG-TECHS/ ).
